One of my good friend's roommate is graduating at the end of this quarter and I am planning on moving into her old room so I am trying to find a good replacement for my current roommate. My current roommate's name is Marilyn Ordonez and she is a senior studying speech and hearing. She is quiet, laid back and pretty much stays to herself. Once you get to know her she is friendly and is an enjoyable person to be around. She will be happy to meet up and introduce herself if desired. The unit has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a full bath. Everything will be furnished except for the available bedroom. The apartment location is a straight shot from the middle of campus and is a five minute walk from High Street, which is the main street providing food shops, clothing stores and convenient stores. The unit is located on the third floor and is a safe spot from disruption. The rent is $290 a month and the bills included are: cable/Internet, gas and electric which come to a total of no more than $60 a month. Overall, including rent and bills, the cost is $350 a month, which is a good deal considering the location. A water fee of $30 every three quarters is required also. There is a parking lot behind the building, but a pass must be purchased otherwise, there is street parking. A washer and dryer is available on site. The available date to move in is 12/30/09 and the lease goes until 8/30/2010. If you are interested in seeing the apartment let me know!
