Xinjiang to continue lifting communication restrictions: spokesperson
URUMQI, Jan. 19 (Xinhua) -- International calls and mobile phone multimedia messaging services would be restored in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as authorities would continue to lift communication restrictions.
