May 5, 2010 at 8:48am - EntrepreneurshipI thought about it for a long time whether or not I wanted to take on another business opportunity with a fellow co-worker of mine. I already had a full-time job in addition to designing MajorIndulgence, and feared that I might be doing too many things at once. But at the same time, MajorIndulgence is already published and fully functional, thus giving me time to code another project.
Since the new project is also a web-based business, I figured that it would perfectly align with my skills set already. David (now unofficially my business partner) presented to me his idea for a legal website dedicated to simplifying the lives of family attorneys. It would provide them with a client/case management CMS and simplified automated forms to make paper processing a lot easier.
The site is called
LegalTemple. Currently, there's only an "Under Construction" page as a placeholder until the site is ready to be launched in beta status. It will be subscription-based. Hopefully with all the web development knowledge I've gained by working on MajorIndulgence, I can design and code LegalTemple much faster and with less troubleshooting. *Fingers crossed*
We must get back into the rhythm of this project! ASAP!!!
