There's a part of me about a year ago that somehow thought my idea would just automatically take off without worries, and that I could immediately make a living from managing this site. Maybe it's just an ego thing, but what I imagined couldn't be farther from reality. There really is no cruise control in business.

Lesson learned. Focus and relentless persistence is the key to success. Talent helps too.
