No, I use a program called Hot Key Plus to launch other programs. It allows you to assign shortcut keys to open programs. Really handy.

Cool, I've been reading great reviews on Windows 7. I'm still on XP until I can find a large chunk of time to move everything over with a fresh install.

This is my Desktop. Just ported over from Vista to 7. Enjoying Windows 7 so far, it runs on the same kernel files as vista so no compatibility issues to speak of yet, but every copy of windows has its malfunctions, I'm just waiting for the Service Packs, which, If I know Microsoft, should be arriving rather soon!

stadams, you use AVG anti-virus? Do you find it to be resource intensive?
I used to use AVG Free Edition, but I switched over to Avast.

TimothyZhu - AVG isn't my first choice for an anti-virus program, but it's what I had available when I switched over to Seven. I used to use ESET NOD32 Anti-Virus and loved it, but my subscription expired and I haven't yet updated my subscription. And yes, AVG is very resource intensive, almost annoying at times. So I do not recommend it to anyone looking for an anti-virus program. What about avast? does it work well?

Yeah, I love avast. Very low on resources and completely silent updating. I also tried Anti-Vir too, but I still find Avast to be the best free anti-virus.TimothyZhu - AVG isn't my first choice for an anti-virus program, but it's what I had available when I switched over to Seven.
