I always do, since I assume that they don't know about the problem. I check zap2it.com regularly for TV listings, and noticed that the nav bar on top isn't compatible with Safari on Windows XP. Sent them an email and hopefully they get it fixed.

i suppose if it were something major and annoying, but the site i usually visit don't have technical issues.
