i'm not bashing my own gender, but i think it looks incredibly stupid when they do that. especially when they wind their arms up before releasing. if girls really wanna play with the boys, as many rules as possible need to be kept in tact. over-handed is also a lot more accurate.

Yeah if someone would explain that to me as well. I never got it either.
