Topic: Email inbox ZERO |
One of the things I always do with all my emails is I handle them immediately. It's always been a habit of mine.
When I get an email, I do one of the following:
1. Read, then one or more of the following...
---- Reply
---- Delete
---- File in one of my folders
---- Create a To Do entry because of the email
2. Don't read, then...
---- Delete I keep my inbox completely clean, and view all my emails one at a time and deal with them one at a time. I definitely consider myself someone who is great with emails, with at least 3 checks per day. It also helps that I use Thunderbird, which is a great email client.

my inbox is always empty, important things have separate folders, and random junk gets deleted as soon as I see it.
