Man Is Held in Security Breach at Newark --News from New york times
The man who is believed to have slipped into a secured area of Newark Liberty International Airport and to have caused a six-hour shutdown of a major terminal on Sunday has been arrested, Port Authority officials said on Friday night.
.Mr. Jiang’s arrest came a day after a video showing security footage of the incident was released by Mr. Lautenberg. It shows a man in a light-colored jacket standing near where arriving passengers exit a secured part of the airport. When a security guard leaves his post, the man embraces a woman and slips across the rope into the secured part of the terminal. The two then walk away together.

Mr. Lautenberg said Mr. Jiang, who is Chinese, is a graduate student at Rutgers University. The school’s Web site lists him as a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicine.

A neighbor of Mr. Jiang’s, Gene Wells, 53, said that he lived in a four-bedroom colonial-style house with several other students. Mr. Wells described them as “very, very quiet, good students that never had any parties there.”

This country is going nuts.
One guy went over the line to kiss a woman, then the airport got shut down for 6 hours. This is a joke. It is also an indication that this country is going crazy.

I'm tired of all this Airport Security Crap. They (Terrorists) hit us big there already, do you actually think they'd be stupid enough to try it again? While we're busy worrying about our airports, terrorists are probably honing in on Cruise Ships, L-Trains, even buses, just something carrying a mass of people that they could commandeer and ram into something. But, I guess since airplanes are the easiest to crash (all you have to do is let go of the controls), and we assume that because the terrorist don't mind killing themselves that they are stupid, we more than likely underestimate them and give them little to no credit. We need to stop worrying about the airports. You use to be able to get to the airport about 20 minutes before your flight, check in you baggage, go to the boarding deck, and get on; Now you have to get there at least an hour early, wait in all kinds of lines, check, double check, and then recheck your baggage, walk through 15 different detectors, get stared down by 8 different employees, have 14 different forms of identification, and not have any fingernail clippers as they could be used as a weapon even though they serve straws on the plane and straws can also be used as a weapon, or pencils, or pens, even a magazine, all of which are readily available on the plane.

This is why owning a private jet would be great. Bypass all security and lines!
