I find the wifi much faster and the people quieter of course. The background noise has a gentle rumbling that lets you know that you're surrounded by people, but without it being distracting.

The Seattle Central Library has some crazy views during work.

That's a crazy building, an engineering nightmare in my opinion, perhaps it's because I'm going to school for engineering...but to me, that looks complicated, but freaking awesome at the same time!

Yeah the Seattle Central Library is widely considered the magnum opus of Rem Koolhaas. However I think Seattle's response has been very mixed. It's definitely avant-garde and introduces a lot of new architectural elements, but there are some circulation issues when you're actually inside.
