Seriously, I eat a whole bag full of these things everytime I buy 'em. Best chips ever.

I love kettle-cooked anything...Chips, Popcorn, Soup...it all seems to taste so much better for some reason...idk?

I'm not sure exactly what kettle cooked even means. It seems to have less oil and fat than traditional chips that are fried.

I know what you mean, I had Kettle Cooked Popcorn at a State Fair one time and it was actually cooked over an open flame in a giant "witch-like" cauldron. And then there is kettle cooked popcorn that you can pop in your microwave...so who really knows what it means, frankly I don't care because everything "kettle cooked" is so freaking delicious!
