Remember what happened in 1999? People thought the world was going to end and some even built bomb shelters and stocked up on food for the fallout. Well nothing really happened and life continued.

And even though there is zero scientific evidence that the world will end in 2012, I bet there's still going to be a few people that will go bat-shit crazy only to regret it later on.

Perhaps their calendar stops because the person writing it died, or got tired of writing...it is identical to the Y2K scam...the media will implement that a global crash may occur and people will go nuts and build things and buy a lot of things they don't need, it's all a scam.
