PLANT MUSHROOM SPAWN INSTUCTION
A. Things you need to grow mushroom at your home:
1. a jar mushroom spawn
2. a bag of vermiculite, you can get it from home depot or any nursery store
3. a pressure cooker to kill the germs , or you can use a sauce pan
4. a clear color container
5. 70% alcohol, you can get it from any drug store
B. Steps to plant mushroom seeds:
1. Put vermiculite and water into the pressure cooker. Soak it until it settles to the bottom. Cook for about 30 minutes after it starts to boil. If you are using a saucepan, cook for 1 hour after it starts to boil.
2. Use alcohol to clean the container and the top lid
3. Put the cooked vermiculite into the container about 2 inches. Make sure it cools down first.
4. Put mushroom spawn on the top of vermiculite
5. Put the cooked vermiculite on the top of mushroom spawn about half inch. Make sure it cools down first.
6. Cover the container lid and put it in a place where the temperate is 65F.
