A lot of times, there have been people who say to me, "Hey I wish I was better at ___________ on my computer." And I say to them that there are literally hundreds of tutorials to accomplish whatever it is that you need simply for searching your question. Youtube is also a great resource for tutorials w/ commentary.

However, if you're willing to pay a little for what I believe to be the absolute best series of tutorials on computer programs, I would go with Lynda:
http://www.lynda.com/

They offer introductory, intermediate and advanced tutorials for nearly all mainstream computer programs. The people who create these videos are experts at what they do, and their explanations and walkthroughs are often times very easy to follow. Highly recommended for sure.
