In the pic below, you have the blog JustJared and PerezHilton (yes, I sometimes like to read those things) displayed differently. I entered "JustJared" and "PerezHilton" in the search field respectively, and while both blogs came out as the first result, they were displayed differently.

This got me thinking, PerezHilton is definitely popular enough that it should be indexed like JustJared. So I analyzed what might be causing this, and I think it's due to the fact that on the home page of PerezHilton, there is nothing that others would link to, and the blog entries do not last long enough on the home page.

So to have your site displayed like JustJared, you should have some other links on the home page that are worth linking to.

Hmmm, I hope that makes sense.
