I frequently make Craigslist transactions (usually where I'm selling) and I've found that giving the buyer a time frame of when you'll be home is far better than giving the buyer a single set time like 1:30PM, etc.

I think it's because a set time makes the buyer think that if he's early, he might have to wait around. Or if he's late, he might have wasted his time if you're no longer home.

I also find that attaching an image of where I'm located (Google Maps) also helps with the transaction. I'm just trying to make it as easy as possible for the buyer, since he'll be doing to traveling.
