Hey all. Random question...
I was just wondering if anyone had any input on how to go about taking a known sequence of DNA that codes for a protein and finding the protein's structure. There is a gene family of unknown structure/function that I am working with, and I was wondering if anyone had any techniques that they'd be willing to share.
