Trying to lessen the appearance of cables has got to be the most frustrating thing. Especially when you face a scenario where you functionally must have an electronic device sitting at the specific place, but yet the nearest power outlet is 10ft away.

It just seems like cable management is one of those unsolvable compromises. You can clean it up as much as you can, but the appearance is still there.

Makes me hope that one day wireless electricity will become a mainstream home standard.
