Innovative 7500-1500 LCD arm.

I've heard really great reviews of it, so I purchased it. When I got it, I found the joints of the arm to be too loose, causing movement to be very difficult. The arm was also very noticeably sagging.

Maybe it's just a defective unit (and I've contacted Innovative about it), but I definitely didn't pay $200 for this kind of broken functionality.
