Granted it was a business that I called requesting invoice records, so it's probably not a priority for them to get back to me, but still. There are plenty of people like me who get very annoyed by that kind of behavior.

If you don't plan on calling back or it takes you more than a business day to get back to me, you should definitely clarify that.
