I consider myself a good worker, and I can be incredibly effecient when I have to be. But sometimes I simply want to take a break from the computer screen and doing something else.

And many times that something else happens to be chatting with a co-worker of mine about various topics, either via IM or face to face. Those are nice chunks of time spent I think...
