Ironically, I get a good sense of who lawyers really are by reading the legal threats section of ThePirateBay.org:

So many of the legal threats that they receive are completely stupid, often times with the lawyers not even understanding the basics of law, and that they are beyond jurisdiction since ThePirateBay is located in a foreign country.

Idiots.
